This dagger really isn't much special to be quite honest. The +dmg is about average, and there are MUCH better healing items out there. The +spirit and +mana regen doesn't benefit locks or mages overly much since they have other ways of restoring mana. I am a priest, and once the expansion comes out I will be respecing to shadow to level again. In this case this weapon is quite nice since there are not a lot of +spirit and +dmg weapons out there priests can use, but I can't imagine it being overly useful in many other circumstances to be quite honest.

Life it seems will fade away - drifting further everyday.
I play a mage, and personally, i wouldn't roll for this. The spelldmg is average, but +spir and mp5 is things that I dont need that much - maybe I'm stupid, but im preferring stamina and int.
This is why dkp systems > rolling. Priests are healers and there is actually priest items that have +healing only. Well agreed that if it's better than the one you have and nobody else wants it fine take it. Otherwise this is a mage, warlock item.
you dont want a mage rolling on a +healing item with loads of spirit would you? just cause it has +int?

Erok <The Seventh Element> Warlock. Now at the end of it all, do you understand?
Funny enough, I see Shamans with this equipped way more than I see mages or warlocks with it. Not because they get so much more use out of it, or because Mages and Warlocks don't have as much right to it, or any of those other B.S. excuses, but simply because everyone always passes on it and Shamans can actually make some sort of use out of it.
I have this dagger and I love it. Yes there are weapons with better +heal but you usually have to sacrific your offhand. I like the flexibility of being able to adjust my stats with various offhands. More heal? More Intel? Does this fight get long and need more mana? - fine let me equip this spirit filled offhand.
If I had been told to pass it to a mage I would of been very offended. I don't wield staves and have a bunch of offhands which are usually passed over cause everyone seems to want staves. Fine, they can have them. I'll take my flexibility of hand and offhand. :)
This dagger isnt better than the scepter u get form tigerboss imo it has 2 more healing more int and it only has like 2 more manareg so the scepter is better!
im not sure what the healers out there will think, but this dropped today for my guild on dragonblight. A priest had the highest roll, with me being very close behind, but as the priest went down to take the dagger, someone noted that their are better +healing weapons later in the instance, so he was told to pass and i (a mage) got the dagger. This went down really well with everyone, which surprised me, and i even talked to the priest, and she was kewl with it...if it had been me i would have craked up something shocking lol.
Just got this yesturday with my awsome new guild Vanguard Botherhood ... this is argueable the 2nd best caster dagger in the game ... saving up mats for +30 spell damage ... Currently using this with Thaurissan's Royal Scepter in my off hand as a druid ... My Thanks to the best guild on Ursin VANGAURD BOTHERHOOD

I love using items with alot of +healing on them (so I can use lower ranked heals or my max ranked heals can be more powerful). I was considering getting the Will of Arlokk, but I think I may get the Fang of Venoxis and use Lei of the Lifegiver with it instead. :) (my guild currently is progressing through ZG and I have passed on this dagger before for our casters, because I wasn't sure if I wanted it yet.)
With Lei of the Lifegiver, the stats together are: 77 healing 24 spell damage 8 intellect 6 spirit 9 mana / 5 sec
Got this yesterday on my first ZG run ever! =D made me oh so happy. rolled against a mage. im a warlock btw..wandering what enchant i should get on this..?
