Most epics at level 60 have something more to offer than +dmg (+hit or +crit). Not to mention all of them have better stam/int/spi.

This amazing item drops of Jin'do the Hexxer. Jin'Do is the seventh boss of Zul'Gurub and is known as the "Hexxer". Jin'Do is located next to a pit filled with skeletons at the later portion of the Instance.The guide for killing him, and claiming your phat lewt can be found here:

How could no one want it? I mean, even if in your guild, if everyone is decked out in tier 2 stuff, this helm gives more +spell damage then any other headpiece in the game. That alone is enough reason for casters to get it, especially elemental Shamans, since their helms give such low +damage (EF is all healing, TS has +9) But of course, casters should want it too!
