This amazing item drops of Jin'do the Hexxer. Jin'Do is the seventh boss of Zul'Gurub and is known as the "Hexxer". Jin'Do is located next to a pit filled with skeletons at the later portion of the Instance.The guide for killing him, and claiming your phat lewt can be found here:

dude.. it has only the attack power from the coif for shamans.. thats it.. so if you use like the unstoppable force you can hit ~150 white dmg and ~300 crit to plate. atm i got 23% crit change and 640attack power and i would never trade my blue enh specc gear for that crap :D

Look @ it. if u add +8 agility it's better than Crown of destruction. drop from ragnaros. adn this 1 is blue, that 1 is epic :s

Some more stamina, but more intellect, and fire resistance is useless in pvp, and u use gianstalker / dragon stalker for instance.. so, gg blizz with this sexeh item. easy ragnaros drop to get ;)

Crown of Destruction has:
>55 more armor
>9 more stamina
>5 less intellect
>9 more spirit
>10 more fire resistance
>16 more attack power
>better looking graphic =D

Of course Bloodstained Coif is much easier to get for more casual guilds that don't necessarily farm MC yet...but CoD will always be better.

Edit: I've seen warriors running around with Crown of Destruction...wonder if they'd roll on this too. =P

Given that the other Bloodstained pieces known drop in Zul'Gurub, I would believe it's safe to assume so does this. Not sure which boss drops but my guild is starting to do this instance as a filler since we can't always get everyone into MC in a week. Also, since there are so many good drops, I think we are planning on working up a farming schedule.
