<3 for this neck, it's got teh amazing stats AND is more dkp friendly than trying to get ony tooth pendant.
It makes more sense to compare with Nefarian's neckpiece, which also has no stam and resists. Prestor's Talisman of Connivery is 30 agility and 1% hit. That's 30 AP, 1 crit, and 1 hit for a rogue. So this has 10 more AP, and 1 less hit. Which is better? If you are a rogue it probably depends on your build. For a combat rogue with 5% hit from talents already, this is probably the best dps neck in the game.
Ony's neck for a rogue has a rather sad 12 AP. .4% crit and 1% hit compared to the 28 extra AP on this; Eye of Hakkar wins for damage output. But depending on the situation, you may prefer the stamina and fire res from Ony's Pendant.

Hes wrong, the Onyxia Tooth Pendant VS The Eye of Hakkar theres easy winner, eye of hakkar. When you have agility it may raise atp and crit chance, but look at this.
For Every One Agility = 1Atp, 0.04% Crit
For every ATP you get about 0.02dps.
12Agility = .24dps
While 40ATP is as it is, 40atp. 0.80dps.

Awsome neck, I say best in the game but its really up to you to decide that, but these two items VS( Ony Tooth VS Eye of Hakkar) Theres noway Ony Tooth can win.

i dont know what you are thinking, but if a single ATP is equal to .02 DPS, then if you had 1000 attack power you have:
1000x.02= 20 DPS
I hate to break it to you, but your figures are wrong, i have 691 AP, and close to 49.357 extra DPS, from this.
http://www.wowwiki.com/Formulas:Attack_Power
As per the link above, you get from Eye of Hakkar 1 DPS per 14 AP, so you get about 3.25 DPS from this neclace and one %1 crit
Before you flame someone, get your own figures right
TARD
id rather take any other hakkar drop suiting my class.
