That depends on your situation. I like Soul Corrupter's more personally, but Kezan's can have it's situations where it is better. "How often do you use your Rain of Fire and Hellfire spells?" is really the question at hand. I'd carry both and keep Soul Corrupter's on until you get into an AoE situation.

The stats of this item will be fixed in 1.9.3.

inadvertently flipped; this has been corrected.

If Blizzard considers 1sta=1.5int then truly this one is worse of the two. Go figure.

I myself will not go for Exalted for this... The Set seems to suck anyways and there's a necklace which is even better for PvPing Shadowdmg-Warlocks:

On what crazy scale is this worse than anastari's necklace?
-7 stamina for
+13 intelect, +1 dmg to shadow spells, +14 damage to fire spells, +1 yd to aoe radius.
