I aggree with all the reasons why this is a good tanking weapon, but I gotta disaggree with that last comment about how this is the only "reasonably accessible tanking weapon in the game." You listed the alternatives already, and out of that list, even though they aren't the best tanking weapons, two of those in particular are WAY more accessible, and they are very comparable in usefulness; Quel'Serrar and Bloodlord's Defender. Even though the Quel'Serrar book is expensive, it's worth it, and I'm not sure what server you are on, but on my server those books are only 750g, which is easily acquired in a week or two of strong grinding. Then when it comes to Bloodlord's Defender the DPS is regretable, but it still does a good job as a tanking weapon, and it's the easiest tanking weapon to acquire in the game. Just from 3 or 4 months of taking down Bloodlord my guild was able to acquire 8 of them.
