the +24 attack power DOES add to ranged dmg. heres how that stuff works: buffs such as battle shout and Blessing of might adds attack power, and those "buffs" only add to mele. +attack power to weapons/armor, like on this bow will increase ranged DMG. what class uses bows, many do, rogues, warriors, hunters, but what class uses nothing BUT ranged? Hunters of course! [i]95%[i/] of all the dmg i do is ranged. case closed, and i look down apon the warrior/rogue who won this over a hunter. shame on you.

Not if you already have a ton of crit. As a fury warrior with 27 crit easily, without even trying for crit, I'll say that this is a minimal upgrade from my riphook, but it's there. Strikers mark is -still- the ideal melee bow, then crossbow of imminent doom.
