In 1.10 because of this tinket we will be the only class able to double damage trinket anymore since its ability is different than ZHC and ToEP. Therefore this would be a huge investment in pvp.

wasted 5 DKP on this.

might be a nice toy for ele shaman in PVP.

but for resto's as i am this is useless.


actually its the 5min cooldown which makes it so bad.

I want this and ZG trinket and ToEP, then I scare mages and they wet themselves.

It's abasically a Trinket of Arcane Power - like the mage 31-point talent

Your mana-efficiency stays the same, but your dps/hps is increased by 20%

Great for the end of a bossfight when he's killed the tank or for PvP (with Talisman of Ephemeral power and this baby and certain gear I can be doing 2.5k LB crits and 2k Earth Shock crits - not sure about Chain Lightning as I haven't worked that one out yet)
