Worse than Arcanist bracers in every way. This is very barely an epic IMO. This is from a mage perspective of course. Your mileage may vary.

Don't forget: these are *bracers*, which typically have lower stats than any other item. Take away the crit % and they're still as good as any blue pair of cloth bracers in the game. Add the crit, and you have an epic.
