the general "pvp" epic-mounts costs 30 marks of each battlegound(alterac valley, arathi basin and warsong gulch).

I'm going to assume if you owned it pre-patch it will grant the 150 riding skill.

1. If you had an epic mount before the patch (that includes Chargers and Dreadsteeds); they gave you the 150 riding skill for free. Some people had issues if they owned the mount, but hadn't ridden it yet because they weren't 60 before the patch... there's a hotfix tomorrow...
2. If you finish the Charger or Dreadsteed quest after the patch, they will grant you 150 riding skill.
3. The mount trainers now sell the 150 riding skill if you don't have it. It costs like 800/900/1000 g depending on faction
And yes, the SBC was only 8g with Sergeant rank and Honored faction.

-100% mount speed, which is %40 faster than your normal mount, and %100 faster than running on foot.
-Normal epic mounts are 800g, this one's 640g
-Exalted with IF IS NOT required.
-Exalted with AV IS required.
-Yes, I do like the look of it.
-No, you don't need the ram riding skill for this one.
-It's usable outside AV.
