Ok guys, you need to get a sulfuron ingot, and then go with the guy in Brd and you give him the ingot and he gives you the contract

OK!!!
First do all the Quests in SEARING GORGE that is all thorium brotherhood there when you fly in via bird!!!! That will raise your faction!
Then the guy closest to flight path under the tent gives repeatable quests incendasaur scales and kingblood, iron and 1 other I believe?
Then after you reach Friendly he gives another quest for turning in the dark residue!!!!! So do that til honored!
Moving on you need to get to the bar in BRD and the guy is in back on top floor. You need to turn in stacks of 10 Dark Iron ores, Fiery Cores, Core leathers and a few other quest items!
I turned in 600 Dark Iron ore and got 3520in faction. So I figure you have to do this 3 times over just to get to revered haha Good luck getting to exaulted that is gonna suck!!!! But it does give you access as Smith to all the Dark Iron Epic patterns. Good Luck with your adventures!

YOU MUST BE EXALTED.. then and only then will he offer a quest called a <? contract> after you accept quest you receive the contract.. once you read the contract it tells you to gain favor among the brothers you have to bring him a Sulfron Ignot 10% off of MC boss. one that is completed he gives you the Plans: sulfron hammer.

seems to me as if you need to get exualted rep with the Thorium Brotherhood and then the guy in BRD sells you the contract. and i belive you can increase your rep by turning in Dark Iron Resadue ( Amung other things ) to the guy in the Bar in BRD. These are repeatable quests so just keep doing it till your exaulted, then buy the Contract. Give him a sulfuron Ignot and get the Recipie, make the hammer, than get the legendary drop off Ragnaros and you know have yourself a Legendary =)
