I wonder if that Albrecht is Alex Albrecht. It'd be cool if it was.
if a pally or warr equips this good luck
its completely a hunter wep
(note the +algi)
2.90 speed & 150 - 225 Damage?
ive seen better 1hers
Btw i got typhoon and manslayer of the qiraji as a huntard.. always use 2H weps IN CASE u need to melee, wich will be only for a second or 2, so you will get a bigger blow of dmg than with 2 misses from the bone slicing hatchets... and that gives u a slight advantage.. and @#%^ AG... AP will be the new deal.
Duel weilding, yes, may give you 2 more agility, then again, you constantly miss with your off hand weapon.
However weilding a 2h weapon gives you a steady burst of damage, and few misses.
Setha - 45 Hunter - Scarshield Legion
GL downing this boss. He is a bundle of joy wrapped up in pain and misery of repair bills.
A "PvP Warrior" will want a slow weapon with high base damage (at least if they are Arms spec). This weapon will SUCK with Mortal Strike. The weapon has more agility than anything, making it more suitable for them.
Hunter Priority first, DE if no Hunter wants if because it sucks for Warriors and Paladins.
Also Azuregos is a very easy boss.
as for hunter usefullness, Typhoon - 20 agi, 2x Bone Slicing Hatchet = 22 agi and those are blue weapons
hehe and dont tell me you melee as hunter in pvp, otherwise ill limit my comment to disarm and spaming /rofl
Slower weapons tend to have bigger MAX damage. What was nerfed is bonus from speed wich is set to fixed value of 3.3
Typhoon is nice, but inferior compared to swords like Zin'rokh (295 max dmg / 64,6 dps) or OEB (264 / 64,7 dps).
Mortal Strike will hit / crit for more with those than from Typhoon.
Anyway. There are far better weapons for both hunter and warrior.
Beware the lunar light
Dual boneslicing hatchet is WAY better for a hunter:
13 agility + 15 agility enchant = 28 agility * 2 = 56 agility total.
This gives 20 agility + 25 agility enchant = 45 agility total.
So you LOSE 11 agility compared to easily farmable stuff from 5-man instances. And gain no PvE useful stats in return.
So if a warrior happens to need this he should definitely get it before the hunter. Sure Zin'rokh and OEB are better but what if those haven't dropped yet? Or what if the guild can down Azuregos but not Hakkar?
and /rofl
