wow no one reads before they post do they? It is Dire Maul north, the ogres. Off of the King, Cho'rush, or the tribute box. I cant quite remember, but its that last event.

yea sure the +15 agi and 1% chance to hit is nice, but i would take Myms signet x2 over this anyday, or even two of the ogre king bands, i have a Band of flesh and a green ring with +14 str and stam on it for my tank

its an awsome ring i got one for my war for tanking runs +15 agi for extra armor dodge etc and the 1% chance to hit to erm hit :D

Usually if it has a level requirement... it did not come from a quest. Many blue drops esppecially at higher levels are BoP.
