I got this last night, but I already had Cloak of the Hakkari Worshippers with +5 all resistances on it. I'm keeping that one around. I know each will have its uses. Maybe Sapphiron is better for Shazzrah? =P

i am currently wearing the cloak of the hakkari worshippers (http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?witem=22711) with a +7 fr enchant on it. i have a chance to get this, as my guild is starting to do ony. would it be a smart idea for me to get this, considering i already have one of the better +dmg cloaks in the game..? any thoughts?

Honestly, no. This "is" and epic item but barely. The arcane resistance is relatively useless (and I say 'relative' since some people may have a use for it, but I do not see a great purpose) and because of that you are better off getting "revered" with AV (unless you are already) and getting theFrostwolf Admisor's Cloak.

Your call, I wouldnt use the DKP myself but that depends what else you're raiding I guess.

Oh, forgot to post one I'd recommend instead. Our guild calculates 20 man instances differently for DKP (as opposed to 40 man) so you're better off getting stuff in the 20 man and saving DKP for 40 man imba/tier set items (again depends how you roll but..)

I would pick this up for now: Cloak of Consumption which drops off Hakkar.

Totally agreed. Cloak of Consumption is a very nice cloak to get, so save your DKP for either your Tier 2 head from Onyxia or something from MC when you start (if you haven't already).

Stormpike / Frostwolve Sage's cape is a good option if you can't get / wait for this one. I got Chromatic Cloak which i prefer for it's fire and shadow resistances. 14 spell damage or 1% spell crit... who cares? xD (i'm a warlock)

Just FYI, that wasn't really the Onyxia encounter. That encounter is part of a quest to get the key into Onyxia's lair. The real Onyxia is within a cave in Duskwallow Marsh.

Onyxia huh, well i can say pretty much noones has this straight off. I followed some lvl 60's thru SW one day, and took me into the keep, and the dude escorting them started talkin to this woman, and then she transformed into Onyxia, and sent her guards after the lvl 60's, but before they went onto them, they killed me (I was a lvl 30 druid). I really had no idea where Onyxia was, but Sw was the place i least expected :O. Sorry if that spoilt it for anybody, you have permission to slap me ingame if u want.
