There is. Check the link labeled Armor Sets on the official site. Just be aware that there is a discrepancy between the 'Tier' numbering system and the Blizzard 'Dungeon Set' system. DS1 = T0, DS2 = T0.5. The rest of the terminology lines up between the commonly used player base terms and the Blizzard labels.

The way you should actually look at it is more like:
Dragonstalker: 9%
Wrath: 8.5%
Bloodfang: 8%
Judgement: 10%
So basically Judgement, per the numbers above, is actually one of the most highly dropped items. Of course, like any site that gathers info like this, they are not all 100% accurate, they are just a good estimate of the drop rates of items. To get a truly accurate drop rate, you'd have to collect info off of EVERY drop ever dropped by a specific mob, and just as important, you would have to make sure you are only gathering that info ONCE per drop. The problem that throws this system into a downward spiral, especially when items haven't been out long, is when an item drops and then every person in the 40 man raid records it and sends it in, then suddenly an item that might only drop 2% of the time shows up as dropping 80% of the time. On the flip-flop, when an items drop rate changes after it has been out for a very long time, it takes a while for the information to balance out, and come up or down to the new drop rate.
The point is this, don't take these numbers as the end-all-be-all of the drop rates. They are just estimates.
