first tier3 on Ner'zhul
First Judgement is Tier 2 (Lawbringer is tier 1) Tier 2 being the better set thus the fact that the pieces are all Bind On Pickup and not Equip. Second there is no Tier 3.
Third thats me in that Anonymous picture up there ^^
