The T2 Bindings are basically a Joke. You can transform the T2 bindings into T1s by applying a manareg enchant to them, and vise versa by enchanting the t1s with +9 stamina.

Then basically the stats are the same, the only difference is the AC and the additional 7 spelldmg and healing on the t2s.

So i choose the t2s for pvp, mainly because of reaching the 8/8 t2 set bonus. But this all makes me wonder what blizzard was thinking when they set the stats for these...

this item sucks, there are many bracers better than this one -_-

+22 stamina? good, yeah... but I would expect more from tier2 items
