In the end higher stats are not important in end-game. T2 even has slightly less +stamina than T1 and only a little more +int. However, it has far more +manaregen and +healing which is all you need in the end. You cast HT rank 5-7 and while you are casting your mana regenerates almost to 100% again. Of course it's not as extreme as that but in the end you will be able to chain-heal for minutes without needing a manapot or dark/demonic rune.
They are bracers, so the stats are not going to be amazing.
They are much better than Cenarion.
+15 Intellect / +14 Intellect
+12 Spirit / +13 Spirit
+11 Stamina / +13 Stamina
+33 Healing / +6 Healing
Now I'd seriously enchant +24 healing on Cenarion since I haven't seen Stormrage drop in a long while, sort of like 2 months already.
But if I do get Stormrage it's gonna be a question of +9 Stamina / +24 Healing
Haven't seen anything better than stormrage though, not in AQ so far at least.
