UBRS, two nights ago. I went there to get Finkle's Skinner, it finally dropped and I lost the roll. :(

Heavily overated amulet, you can get better in any higher level 5-man instance, idiots who pay money for this just bought there money of an chinese gold farmer.
I dont say it's bad but now it is only weared by "ZOMG EPIXXX" kiddies that dont realise that there are tons of blue's just waiting to get picked up.

I got one from a drop from a Twilight hammer MAster in Silithus and its a 0.00% drop so i fell really lucky and i have it up in the Duskwood AH for 225g, 250g BO.

This is a world drop second one i have seen first one dropped of a mob in lbrs off one of the little bugs. Sold it for 800g split it up with other five friends running. Second one i was farming text off a twilight avenger in silithus up by the cave and one dropped off it. This time i was by myself so i get all profits sad to see alla list's this neck piece alot lower then what it was i was hoping for alot of gold.

UD Strat ;) I went afk while drinking (healer btw), came back to find they decided to go for a group of mobs in which the tank died (everyone else was fine) came back to see I could roll on this. The Mage wasn't too happy that I beat him (the tank wasn't too happy I got it after he died, exact quote "He lets me dies and we let him roll need?") but the mage got some blue +FR +Fdamage cape later and was rather pleased.

So, first epic for me!

All 51+ epics DE into 1-2 nexus crystals. Not sure what the exact percent is, but it seems like ~1 in 3 or 4 de's into 2.

Why are you all posting where you got this? I mean this is a world loot, so it loots from any mobs around level 55 (gues like 52-??). This item only has decent loot %'s from rare mobs that has just randomly looted it, and because they are rare they haven't been killed that many times.

I got it today in a Strat Scarlet 5-man run, It was me (mage), mage, priest, warlock and warrior. Everybody rolled on it, but I got lucky with 64 (!) Perhaps I'm server first, never seen this baby before. And oh ftr I equipped it.
