He's inside the large building at (28, 74) called "The Old Port Authority". His shop is named "Good Food", located at the ground level inside.

I can confirm that you are no longer able to catch Winter Squid, but now that Summer Bass is in season, you will catch this instead.

A guildie caught one. He knew I had been trying for a while, so he mailed it to me. Says he caught it in Feathermoon off the side of the pier. I fished there for an hour, no bass. Plenty of Stonescale eel though.

Pulled 7 of them from the water while fishing off the end of the dock at Steamwheedle Port in Tanaris in 10 minutes.

At fishing skill level of 225, using Nat Pagle's Extreme Angler FC-5000 (+25 Fishing), I *still* had to add bait to catch anything.
