Simply one of the best items for an enhancement shaman at this level. Used two of these babies until I upgraded in Outland. Get them and never look back while in Azeroth!

Has anyone noticed that when you equip this and put the icon in your action bar, the border is green, meaning there's an added ability?

I was in Ungoro the other nite, and while fighting a Venom dino (forgot the name now), all of a sudden this weapon has Poison added to it (15 charges, lasting 5 mins).

Anyone know of any other extras this item can do?

That's not a weapon ability. Melee attacks on the venom dinos coat your weapon with their blood giving it poison charges.

Got mine from the Blood Elf area in Azshara. I was looking for Kim'Jael's equipment, and I had to clear a bunch of those guys to get to the boxes. They drop a butt load of Runecloth, too, so you might want to think about grinding there ;)

This is one hell of a 1h mace for lvl 48! Nice dam. and nice dps. I bought it for 10g on AH. After Midnight mace & Vanquisher sword i'm gonna smash some mobs with the Bonesnapper LOL

I picked it up for 6g =) Will go great with my aegis of stormwind for tanking. This + that shield + imperial set = sexy. I'll get to look like a real knight......kinda because no sword, but this was the best thing I found on the AH and for a good deal I thought.
