Have this on my shaman when i want to dps. Since we never really dps in boss fights, id say the resistance doesnt really matter for a shaman, though having it of shadow is really useful to me

I've only ever seen resistance, and I've probably seen 10+ of these drop. So that leads me to believe that it can only be resistance.
