I needed these boots with my druid and I won them. Then I couldnt loot it so I paged GM too, then next day I received mail with these boots attached from GM :D lol

These boots can only be looted by completing the Kharan Mighthammer/Princess Moira quest chains starting here:

For some reason, they show up as a rollable item whenever the body is looted by someone who has completed the quest chain, yet CAN NOT be looted if you have not done the quests.

When I paged a GM about this and learned the reason for the error, I asked why they would put the boots on the mob rather than make it a quest-reward (perhaps from the King of Ironforge) all I got was "I cannot give you any information regarding that subject". Hella lame :(

these also have better stats than the Shadocraft Boots and they are supposed to be = lvl...

Although I would at any time choose SC over this for the set bonuses. Remember SC is a set, but you're right, as individuals, this is no doubt best
