I have a Lvl 70 Druid on the Staging Island but after installing WoLK, I decided to start a new Human Warrior in Elwyn Forest and experiment with Dual Boxing. In addition to Warrior Training, He is learning Blacksmithing, Mining, Cooking, First Aid, and Fishing.
Unfortunately, the Trainer Map Co-ordinates given here do not seem to agree with those on my ingame map (Cartographer). So far, the App.First Aid Trainer (Shana Fuller)is listed at 42,26 and the App. Mining Trainer (Gelman Stonehand) at 51,17. On Cartographer these show up at the blank area North of Cathedral Square and The Dwarven District.
I found them at 53,45 and 60,38, respectively (Shana's in the Cathedral and Gelman in the Dwarven District). Have the Co-ordinates changed with WoLK? Or is my Cartographer misreporting? Or am I just paranoid?

Thanks for your patience and understanding to those of us who are still learning the game.

Master Fishing is unfortunately not trainer taught. It requires the book "Master Fishing -- The Art of Angling" which is a limited quantity item sold by Juno Defrain in Zangarmarsh.

The book is not BOP, so it can be purchased for you by a friend or found at the AH.

Don't mean to drudge up older comments, but Skinning needs to be listed just like mining and herbalism. They are the same setup as with skinners. No trainer in the main game (non-BC) will train you past 300. Trainers in outlands train 0 - 375. The point is, I want to know WHERE the trainers are not that any trainer will train me to X level. The whole point of having a trainer list is so you know WHERE they are. Please correct this obvious oversight.

all professions are like this once you hit the top lvl (375 for most) there's still 0range and yellow things you can make. it's mostly b/c the game keeps growing and when blizz releases the expansion or any expansion you have one or 2 patterns to can use to lvl right away.

A similar thing happens with rep ... you can only ever get 999/1000 exalted with any faction. b/c there's nothing to go onto and if blizz decided to add another lvl beyond that it' already set up for it.

For every trade-skill in Outland (300-375) it's (more or less) the same. Recipes can come from the trainer, BoP-drops (specific mobs/bosses), world-drops (low drop-rate), vendor-sold or quatermaster-sold (based on your reputation with a given faction).

Tailoring can be leveled easily from 300 to 375 without BoP-drops and reputation-reward-recipes.

300-325 = Bolt of Netherweave (trainer)
325-340 = Bolf of Imbued Netherweave (vendor-sold pattern)
340-350 = Imbued Netherweave Bag (vendor-sold pattern)
350-375 = Imbued Netherweave Pants/Boots/Robe/Tunic (all vendor-sold patterns).

Yes Seahenar, we know your view on this. But you need to GATHER the ingredients/mats in order to DO the TRADE SKILL (or to make money selling them to TRADE SKILLERS who are too lazy to GATHER themselves). So, in light of that brilliant concept, we need the GATHERING trainers and related info to be added somewhere on this site, preferably HERE with the rest of the TRADE SKILLS info. We shouldn't have to read through a butt-load of posts to find it.

ALLAKHAZAM this is way too long a time for this info not to be added already, step up there for your paying customers whoever they are!!

THANKS!!

You're a pal, Thrrebs! :-)

That was the exact info I was looking for.

...................

I logged in to find the name and whereabouts of a Master Cooking Trainer in Outland.

When I didn't find it, I began reading some of the posts, and I see I am not alone in thinking it's pretty strange ... at a website like Allakhazam, that has almost everything up to date, and so well organised! ... that a large part of trainer information is absent, and that the list seems to never be updated!

Why don't you update the trainer list?
Such a simple thing as adding the cooking trainer in Outland ... why don't you do it?

If there's some problem with accessing the moderating features on this specific page (I know this can happen - I have owned communities with databases myself) ... Why then don't you tell us about it?
I mean, it aint like you haven't had time to respond to the users' requests.

Why are gathering proffessions and Jewel Crafting left out?

Someone writes that there is a list with gathering proffession trainers.
Well I haven't been able to find it!

This isn't meant as much as a criticism to my favourite WoW Data Forum (Allakhazam - along with Wowhead) as much as it is a wish to understand this strange abandonment of a single list on a single page in your own database.

Really, I don't get it!

And to be honest, it looks to me as if noone from the Allakhazam Staff has even read this thread of posts concerning the problem.

Please!: Get the page updated!!
A lot of the info that is lacking on the list can be found in this thread, so it's easy to obtain, or at least tell us why you're not doing it!??

Okay, over and out from Zadie.
I guess there's not much point in being persistent with posting questions and requests if it is all being ignored.

But I thought I would give a last shot, while I was already posting to thank someone for giving the info I was looking for.

Thank you for your patience! ^^

And please forgive us users for not being endlessly patient ourselves! lol

I would have sent this via the feature "Submit a Correction". But it kept demanding that I create an account, which I have long since done (and I am always logged in when I use the website and the fora at Allakhazam).

So I decided to post here instead and hope that a moderator sees it; or that someone sees it - who knows how to get in touch with a moderator and who will alert one of the right people at Allakhazam to my post.

It's not a "correction", really. It's an addition of some info that isn't included on the list of trainers above.

Okay, here it is:

..................

There is an Expert Alchemy trainer, who isn't listed at the List Of Trainers.
Here is the realted information:

The Expert Alchemy Trainer: Lilyssia Nightbreeze, can be found in a shop in Stormwind's Magical Quarter.

The shop is named "Achemy Needs", and it is located in the Mage Quarter a few steps from the 'Alleyway-entrance' that is closest to the Trade Quarter.

Coords (Titan) of the shop "Alchemy Needs": 45,78.
Coords (Titan) of the Alleyway-Entrance to the Mage Quarter closest to the Trade Quarter: 44, 69)

Inside the shop are present - apart from Lilyssia Nightbreeze, also Journeyman Alchemist: Tel'Athir, and two Alchemy Supplies vendors.

..................

I hope the info will be of use to someone! ^^

This section needed upgrading the last time I was here. They need to add at least the category of jewelry crafting. They need to update other areas to show where you can upgrade certain skills. Can you upgrade to grandmaster on regular trainers for cooking, fishing, first aid, mining, skinning, and herbalism? Etc.

The rogue trainer teaches you poisons...Scroll all the way to the bottom of the trainer's skill menu, you will see a list of the poisons, and thier requirements. They are just like any other skill.
