Talk with Daarunerk in Sanctum at Secret Library after completing Visiting the Library once you have reached at least Level 46. Description Level 47 Dousing the Flame Colllect materials for Magic Ward Scroll and bring them to Celestine. Frost Shard (5) (PW/AA) Elemental Stone of Frost (5) (PW/AA) Major Catalyst (1) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP † Optional Reward (Select One) Atropos's Ruby Necklace (PW/AA) Atropos's Sapphire Necklace (PW/AA)

The first two items you need are in Frost Spirit Valley in Beluslan:

• Frost Shard (PW/AA) from Ice Petrahulk
• Elemental Stone of Frost (PW/AA) from Cold Storm Spirit

The last item can be purchased from Darius at Artisans Hall in Sanctum:

• Major Catalyst (1) (PW/AA)

After you have the ingredients, take them to Celestine in Manduri Forest in Eltnen.
