(Required) Quest Type according to Quest Journal. Valid values are Scenario, Public, Personal, Conflict, Branching or Exploration. Default is Personal. See also: Category:WAR Quests by Quest Type. NOTE: Exploration was previously called XMas.

(Optional) If this quest is part of a Chapter, put the name here. See also: Category:WAR Quests by Chapter

(Required) Recommended level to complete this quest. If the quest scales, put "Scales"

At this time WAR does not display the level of a quest, but the tier is known from the zone's tier! Put that here!

(Optional) The level at which the quest "grey's out". For quests that Scale, this would be the max level the quest will scale to.

Difficulty of the final step. Valid values are Solo, Group, and Epic (Default: Solo)

If this quest is only available to members of a specific career, put it here. See also: Category:WAR Quests by Career

(Required) starting zone (no brackets!). If szone=* this quest can be started in more than one zone. Put details in start=. If you do this ALL CATEGORY LINKS that depend on szone will have to be manually created! Use {{AdminNeeded|Multi-zone quest start}} if you need help with this!

For most quests, npc is the name of the mob that gives you the quest. If this is a Public quest, it is the name of the POI where the quest takes place.

Used ONLY when type is Public, ISIN of a map to display of the quest area.

Name of Expansion or LU# (Default: Age of Reckoning) See Category:WAR Updates and it's sub-categories

Name of the Quest Series (do not include the words "Quest Series") or blank. If this is blank, but either of next or prev is not, szone will be used for series. See also: Category:WAR Quest Series

Name of the preceding quest, if this is a series

Next quest in series, or leave it blank

The text, in brown, that appears below the NPC's name and above the summary

The text, in black, that appears between the intro and the bulleted list of objectives.

The list of the objectives. Use {{wqbullet}} to separate the objectives, all on one line. On the first objective add |nop=y to suppress the newline on the first bullet. See also: wqbullet

(OPTIONAL) The text spoken by the NPC that you turn in the quest to. This is not important to the quest so much, but often contains useful bits of information and lore.

ALL pages using this template SHOULD be in the WAR_Quest: namespace, and if it is not you will be warned and provided a link to move it to that namespace!

ALL pages with this template will be added to Category:Warhammer Online and Category:WAR Quests.
