- Item cards can be anything from Weapons and Armor to Charms and Mounts, but may have restrictions as to how they are used.
- Equipped armor item cards have certain restrictions depending on where you are allowed to equip them like Back, Chest, Ear, Feet, Finger, Head, Hands, Legs, Mount, Neck, Waist, or Wrist.

- Weapon restrictions include being a Primary Weapon, Secondary Weapon, a Ranged Weapon or a Two-Hand Weapon.

- When you play a card with the same restriction as another card, two things must happen.
- You must destroy the existing card or cards in play.
- You must draw a card for each card destroyed in this way.
