What is a Persona?

A persona is basically an alter ego of the main you are making the persona for.

This persona retains the main's progression, flags, keys, crafting skill levels, inventory, and can even use the gear of that character if the items are ALL/ALL or of the class of the persona and the persona is of the level to use said gear. See below for more details.

How do I create a Persona?

You will need to first purchase the Laurion's Song expansion or purchase the ability in the marketplace if they ever add it as a stand alone purchase.

Before you create a persona, keep in mind that you CANNOT delete personas at this time.

To create a persona, you need to be in a fast camp zone or out of combat in a starting city. Then you can then create the persona by opening the inventory window and then clicking on the Personas tab up top. Click on the class you want and then click on the Create Class button.

This will log you out to the character select screen. From there you can pick whatever race you want that class to be. Keep in mind that the same race and class restrictions there were before are in place for personas.

When you log back into the game again, that persona will be there as another character on the account at the character select screen if you want to log into them.

How do I swap to a Persona?

Once you have created a persona and log back onto your main character, open the persona tab on the inventory window and click on the persona you made and then click on the Swap Class button.

Persona Slots

  • How many persona slots do I get?
    • It depends on which version of Laurion's Song you purchased.
    • Friends and Family and Premium = 7 slots
    • Collectors = 5 slots
    • Base Expansion = 3 slots
      • From there you have to purchase slots on the marketplace.

Leveling

  • How do I level my Persona?
    • The persona starts as a level 1. You have to level it like a normal character.

Equipment

  • How does sharing gear work?
    • You can have the main's gear equipped but if the gear is only useable by your mains class, then you won't receive any stats from it, it will have a yellow background. Click effects won't work either on those items. Augments in those items won't give you any stats as well.

  • Save and Load Equipment Sets
    • You can save equipment sets on the personas tab of the inventory window. Once you get all of your items in place, click on Save Set. Then when you swap to the persona you can Load Set.

AA's

  • Do persona's have the AA's of the main?
    • Persona's have the AA's of whichever class you picked for the persona. And just like leveling, you have to purchase all of your AA's like a normal character.

Add your own info if you have more to add or correct whatever is wrong above.
