Quest Notes

The first Blind Keraton I killed (he jumped me while I was talking to Ganges) dropped the Locket. I am not sure if the items are locked to one or the other. I did kill a few more Keraton to check but got no drop. Once I moved on, the first Troll Brawler dropped the Buckle.

Second time through, a Keraton dropped the Buckle so it seems either one can drop either item. Again, though, I killed quite a few more with nothing. The Locket was on a Troll, so it seems it switches but the same mob type cannot have both.
