We do not know how to start this quest. Description Level 20 [Spy] There and Back Again Talk with Otis. Defeat an Armored Sparkles in Eltnen and take the ingredients to Otis. Sparkle Sap (3) (PW/AA) Wait until Otis makes the liquor. Go back to Asmodae and talk with Otis. Basic Reward XP † Abyss Points Optional Reward (Select One) Otis's Leather Belt Otis's Belt

Quest Notes

Here is the very bad news. Unlike the mob for the Elyos equivalent of this quest, the mob you need, Armored Sparkle, only spawns inside of the boundaries of the vale where Eltnen Fortress sits. So, unless you can find a time and channel devoid of all Elyos, the mob you need is smack in the middle of indian country and you are going to need a very large raid force to charge in and hold the area long enough to get the drop you need. Then, you are all going to die.

There is more bad news. The Elyos get two quests that take them to Morheim, but you only get one, and the one you got was the quest required to open this quest, which means you already did it. So, unlike the pampered Elyos, you have no choice but to use a Rift to get to Eltnen, and it is not gonna put you nearly as close to your target as their quest does.

We do have one small piece of good news. The Elyos quest is [Spy] Secret Antidote. Take a look, and remember where it puts them and where they need to go. While you are in the area, maybe you could ruin their day? Blood for blood!

A word of advice: get yourself a personal Kisk and drop it immediately upon entering Eltnen so you do not have to find another Rift to get back there if something... unpleasant should happen.

When you return he makes the liquor and asks you to test it. It MIGHT be best if you walked away until you are ready to make another trip to Eltnen... because that is where you are going no matter what destination you choose.
