Talk with Heimdall in Pandaemonium at Vifrost Bridge once you have reached at least Level 30. Description Level 30 The Wise in Disguise Talk with Utgar at Mt. Musphel in Morheim. Talk with Brakan at Crandale District in Pandaemonium. Bring a Divine Lamp (PW/AA) to Kanensa and talk with her. Basic Reward XP †
