Obtaining this Lure

Obtaining this lure is currently only possibly through a daily quest you will obtain from either Eldain Diomid(Guardian) or Padma Ultan(Defiant) once you reach Skill Level 300 in Runecrafting. The quests themselves are relatively simply, although they can turn out to be fairly pricey considering some servers may have fluctuating economies that may affect the price on Eternal Planar Dust greatly.
