This quest is unlocked when you reach level 35 Description Level 40 Keeper Of The Kaidan Key Talk to Tumblusen. Find out from the Crack Kaidan Skullcrackers, Kaidan Blocker Bosses, and Crack Kaidan Captains who is holding the Abyss Gate Key (PW/AA). Find Kalupa's Order (PW/AA) on a random Elite mob. Kill Chaoslord Kalabar, and take the Abyss Gate Key to Telemachus. Abyss Gate Key (1) (PW/AA) Tumblusen has something to tell you about the Abyss Gate. Go to the Eltnen Observatory and meet him. Basic Reward XP † Telemachus's Ring (PW/AA)

Quest Notes

This quest will require a group.

Just keep killing the three mobs mentioned until you get Kalupa's Order (PW/AA) for all that need it. The Order can drop even when you do not need it, so farming groups will often leave lootable corpses behind with the item on it, so keep your eyes open. Examine the Order for the update.

Kalabar is a caster, so be aware that his attacks are ranged. Periodically he will summon a Wheel of Death (soloable) or a Stone Golem (Elite). You need to hold him and kill the add, because if you do not you will quickly have several of them and a real problem. Then continue on the boss. The update is an item drop, and only one can drop per kill, so you will have to repeat this for each group member that needs it. Between fights the backside of the nearby spire is safe, but the sides are not.
