Speak to the Duality in his Sanctum

1. Prepare a test sample on a Chemistry Table (there's one in the Duality's chamber). You auto-scribed Artifact Test Sample. Besides the items provided, you will need:
• 1 uncut tourmaline
• 1 cadmium ore
2. Take the sample to the table near the Duality and drop a few grains into each flask.
3. Speak to the Duality.
4. Return to Trade Liaison Wells In Qeynos or Freeport, depending on your alignment.
