Talk with Polyidus in Sanctum at Sanctum Gate once you have reached at least Level 10. Description Level 10 Delivery for the Outer Port Talk with Phogus. Return to Polyidus. Polyidus wants to send some goods to the Outer Port. Deliver them to Phogus at the Passenger Ship Port. Basic Reward XP † 500

† All quests reward XP but NCSoft is fond of changing the amounts frequently, to the point that it is simply not wise to try to track the exact amount in a wiki.

Quest Notes

This quest exists for one reason only. If you spend your last Kinah getting to Sanctum or while in Sanctum, you can't get out without the teleport fee, like poor old Charlie.

So, although you could just go ahead and do the quest 100 times and get 50,000  , it would then be unavailable to you one day when you need it.
