This quest is unlocked when you complete the previous quest in the chain, The Abyss Quiz. Description Level 25 Deliver On Your Promises Meet Fuchsia Talk to Epeios (PW/AA). Enter the Sanctum Underground Arena and emerge victorious. Kill 10 of the beasts in the cages within 4 minutes. Talk to Epeios (PW/AA). You have been ordered to take the third test for Abyss Entry Permission. Basic Reward XP † Abyss Points Unknown

This used to be a choice quest, but no longer.

Sanctum Underground Arena

Once the cutscene has ended, you have 4 minutes to kill 10 of the beasts in the cages. Run to a cage, open the door, and use tab-targeting and auto-attack. They have very little health and go down fast, but they do the damage of a normal mob, so with 4 in each cage you need to drop them as quickly as possible, heal up and move on to the next cage. The fight ends the moment you finish the 10th mob and the rest will run away from you. Use of health pots and defensive posture might be a very good idea.
