Use the Highly Concentrated Magic Binder Potion (Ggl) to remove the Incubated Harpy Power Core (Ggl)'s invulnerability, then pound on it. You need to reapply the potion periodically before the last application expires or the Core will heal instantly to full. You may want to bring a friend, as the Core hits like a brick.
