Talk with Tanis in Eltnen at Eltnen Observatory once you have reached at least Level 31. Description Level 35 Combat Preparation - Elyos Mine ore for Armorsmithing and bring it to Tanis. Platinum Ore (12) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP † 6,600
