An Agrint was once an Elim but, cursed by the touch of Draconic Fire and set ablaze, they have lost their minds and become tortured creatures, lashing out at anything in their madness.

A very few Agrints manage to fight the madness and retain at least some of their Elim-ness. These few can be approached and spoken to, but doing so is a risky proposition. No one can know if today is the day they will lose the battle and their minds.
