This Place is a quest hub in the Reshanta Quest Series.

Notes

This is the secret base of the Black Cloud Traders. To get there, go to the Upper Layer, to the south-most edge of the ring (clock position: 5 o'clock), then fly south by southeast. You will not be able to see it until you are almost on top of it. It is advisable to use Pathfinding to set a waypoint so you can see that you are heading in the correct direction.
