You must be at least Level 30 to open or receive this quest. See Elyos 30 for more quests that can be started at this same level.

This is a Harvesting quest. Aethertapping (200p) or better is required to complete this quest. If you do not have the skill to harvest the items needed yourself, most (but not all) Harvesting quests will update no matter how the items are obtained. You may buy or trade for them, or receive them from a friend.

Quest Notes

Shining Vortices can be found in the sky above Eracus Underground Temple and New Heiron Gate, plus a few spots in Reshanta. Of course, if you cannot harvest the Gems you can buy them on the Broker or get them from a friend.
