This quest is unlocked when you reach level 15 Description Level 20 A Nest of Lepharists Talk with Spatalos Go to the Verteron Aetheric Field Observatory and talk with Khidia. Investigate inside the Mysterious Shipwreck. Scouting completed! Talk with Khidia Go to the Mysterious Shipwreck, kill Captain Kinsgreen, search his body for clues, and return to Khidia. Kinsgreen's Orders (PW/AA) (0/1) Talk with Khidia Talk with Spatalos Meet Spatalos to receive orders about investigating the Lepharist Revolutionaries. Quest Notes

You can fly directly to the observatory from Verteron Citadel.

Khidia is on the upper floor, inside the Observatory.

Investigating the Shipwreck - When you become the plumis you have 4 minutes! Fly down and out, then west around the point to the shipwreck. Now go up the ramp to the main deck, through the cabin door and down into the hold to listen in on a meeting. A cutscene will run, and when you come back the shapechange will vanish. If unlucky you may be attacked at this point.

Killing the Captain - He is very tough, with 2 friends. Take at least a couple friends with you, and kill the captain first before finishing off the crew. The Captain is highly resistant to sleep and root spells.
