There is a new Lore and Legend that needs to be added to the list, The Harrowing Horde in the Eidolon Jungle and Obol Plains. :)

Near the Vulcanic drakota in lavastorm, there are caves with nightbloods in them. If you've outleveled the ones in Rivervale and need 100 of them, go there for better xp.
