Destiny of Velious  

So I have been away from EQII for awhile now an am contemplating re-subbing just to check it out again. I think my highest level toon was lvl 60'ish. My question which I cannot seem to find any information on is; is there any new content for a tier6 toon to enjoy with this new expamnsion? I also would like to know what lvl you have to be to qualify for doing the flying mount quest. I can't see any point of re-subbing if I have to grind out 25 more levels just to get a flying mount. Any information regarding these points would be appreciated.
