| I am a lvl 53 Warrior on Vazaelle. I use this along with my Club of the Ice Ocean, FBSS, and Eye Patch of Plunder. Proc? Oh Yes, It was very frustrating learning how to use this wep as the AoE (NO THIS WAS NEVER PATCHED!) will do damage to you as well as any Innocent by stander NPC's. Oops. /shout | ||||

| Elder Granitebacks in Stonebrunt Mountains drop these occasionally. For Rangers looking for bracers, you can start fear kiting animals here from 30 on up to 40 or so. | ||||

| I assume that your were asking about being KOS in the outpost, not to the mobs. And the answere is yes. Iksar's are kos at both the good oupost in FV and the evil outpost in OT. | Well Gettin Lambent for your Bard is a GREAT start ), That should last you for a while As i have seen lvl 30's to 45's Wearing it. | Monk's only get sneak and we get it at level 8. What sneak seems to do is let you travel into a mobs aggressive range provided it does not 'see' you. So you can sneak up behind something that normally would whack you, but you can't use sneak and walk up to its face or your going to be attacked if yo | ||||

| I am sorry this is a bit late but Kurn's Tower is perhaps the best place for a level 12 Iksar of any type. The advantages are: 1) Almost impossible to pull more than one mob at a time if you are even slightly careful and its not far to the zone if you do it on the main level and something spawns | ||||
