half elves have to come to Sanctus Seru to kill Lictors of the Heart for their Sacred symbol cultural armor quest, but i don't see what's so culturally significant about Lictors on the moon of Luclin. soloing in cazic-thule, where mobs rampage, enrage, can't be charmed and hit up to 350, is a breeze compared to these ********. the girl ones seem to be enchanters, while the male variety are paladins. beware, the pallies will Lay on Hands themselves and their allies should they happen upon you fighting one of their own. slow lands fine, yet they still seem to put out incredible damage, often tripling on most hits. i find i have to mez them and heal up and continue the fight, which is annoying considering they shouldn't really be this tough. plus, they're crappy AA at level 68.
as for where they spawn, they're in the south east building in the zone, one of the four big ones. go to the third floor and find a Lictor in a hallway and click the emblem behind her to get teleported to another floor with lots of them. good luck, half elves.
Just to add to this. The SE building in reference here is in the inner portion of the large zone. There are 4 buildings large building in this area. In the door, up the stairs, left up the stairs, first hallway on the right is your Lictor. Kill and click the wall art behind as stated to get to the others.
Level 80 warrior able to invis all the way to lictor (most see invis) and finish in 15min.
I just went up against one of these; enchanter variety. It stripped 4 buffs right off the bat and hit me with wind of tashanian. She tried to root me with immobilize.
My pet's stuns landed just fine after malosinia.
Between my pet and I we did 16k damage from start to finish. However, take that with a HUGE grain of salt as the kill shot was a 6700 point crit nuke.
about 12-13k hp sounds right to me. a 1,1k nuke takes away around 9-11%.
easy kill normaly, but you definitly want someone to snare them (or be able to set the killshot with them at 20%). adds while they flee are a pain.
also, the ones out of the rooms in the upper floor (after the port in the guildhall), seem to be corpsecampers .... all romers and the 2 in front of the guildleader door return to there spawnpoint a litle bit after fd, but the ones out of the rooms just stay put ... can be usefull, to train them a bit out of the way ... but can be a pain without insta invis after standing up (potion or sutch)
afer about 100 kills, i have still to see my first report drop of them.
I am a 59 Cleric. Last night had a group of 3 65's. A palidan, Ranger and a Shammy. Once we where able to start single pulling it was a piece of cake. They go down quick. And if you don't do chain healing on them or complete heals while fighting you will not get agro. Im not sure the respawn time. But have heard approx 25 mins. The Lictors seemed to be the easiest. But only have been to 2 of the guilds.
Found in the SE building of inner sanctum on third floor. Sees invis. Decently large aggro (will aggro from the end of their halls). I have seen them come in both enchanter and paladin varieties (mostly paladin). Spawn time appears to be just over 28 minutes. If you click the portals just behind these two spawns, you'll jump to another part of the building. There is a Lictor of the Heart waiting for you so be prepared to fight just after clicking. There can also be a second mob wandering near entry point.
we have been doing it with 61 druid 63 pally and 64 enchater just fine, however once we becam KOS it is hard to single pull, we are going to try to just have to pally satnd at the door to kill the 3 wandering gaurds. once they gone should be back to single pull. but the argo range is like insane.
