Jenny gave you a Grounding Amulet (Ggl). The Grounding Amulet keeps her from porting you away! If you are not on the quest (i.e have done it before) you cannot help this fight. She will just port you away to a spire in the middle of Sea of Snow!

REPEAT:If you have already completed this quest, or have not received it, and therefore do not have the Grounding Amulet (Ggl), you cannot help anyone do this quest!

I switched class to my 51 Priest so I could solo this... and I never even scratched her. On the up side she was not able to kill me and I ran her off.
