You must be at least Level 50 to receive this quest.

Put the Bait (Ggl) on the pile of rocks, then take the Forest Powder (Ggl) from Dirks (Ggl) (52 Elite) when he appears.

I am not sure how this works, but there must be a way to take the Forest Powder (Ggl) from him without actually killing him (else the XP for this quest would be higher).

If you fail you will have to abandon the quest and talk to Andre Shili (Ggl) to get it again.
