Talk with Ninis in Pandaemonium at Vifrost Bridge once you have reached at least Level 35. Description Level 35 [Growth] Ninis's First Charm Talk to Maochinicherk in Market Street. Prepare the money for the charm, and bring it to Ninis. 40,000  Basic Reward XP † Ninis's Red Charm (5) (PW/AA)
