Although the Armory says the sword requires Level 37 to equip, this is incorrect. The quest is Level 37 so the sword has an Item Level of 37, but it can be equipped at 32, just as all gear from quests can be used at the minimum level of the quest. If you were to break the sword it would base the Enchantment Stone on Level 37.
